What does TrueHold Digital do day-to-day?+
TrueHold plans and builds lead-ready websites, maps how inquiries move through the business, configures and tests follow-up workflows, documents ownership and failure points, and—when separately scoped—maintains the website or workflow after launch. The practical work is offer clarity, inquiry capture, routing, reminders, approvals, documentation, and handoff.
Is this lead generation?+
It is lead-system work, not a promise to create demand. TrueHold improves how existing attention becomes a useful inquiry and how that inquiry is handled afterward. Paid acquisition, ongoing SEO or content production, and campaign management require separate scope. TrueHold cannot guarantee traffic, leads, booked work, or revenue.
Where do website packages fit?+
The website is the front door of the same lead system. Foundation, Expansion, and Elevate help a prospect understand the offer, choose a next action, and submit useful context. A website can be built on its own, or coordinated with follow-up as a Connected Lead System.
What copy support is included with a website?+
Every package includes content hierarchy, CTA direction, and light editing of client-supplied copy. Elevate includes deeper messaging refinement and page planning. Full copywriting, original customer or market research, ongoing SEO, and ongoing content production are separately scoped.
What is a Workflow Checkup?+
A short, structured review of how inquiries and follow-up move through the business today: where details arrive, who owns the response, and where work gets lost, repeated, or delayed. You receive a practical recommendation, including the honest option that automation is not worthwhile yet.
Do I need to replace my current software?+
Usually not. TrueHold works with the accounts and everyday cloud tools you already use when they are suitable. New software only enters the recommendation when something necessary is missing, and you approve that choice.
What is Managed Digital Operations?+
It is the umbrella for separately scoped Website Care and Workflow Care after launch. It can cover agreed maintenance, monitoring, health review, minor fixes, and a record of changes. It is not an unlimited retainer, a fourth fixed-price build package, or a promise of lead volume.
Will AI contact my customers automatically?+
Not without explicit, documented approval of that exact behavior. The default is narrow use—summarize, extract, categorize, or draft—while a person approves messages and other consequential actions.
Who owns the website, accounts, and business data?+
Your business does. Important website and workflow accounts are created in your name or kept under your control wherever practical, and the documentation stays with you. If the relationship ends, the system remains understandable and transferable.
How long does a typical engagement take?+
A Workflow Checkup is usually measured in days. Website and automation builds are typically measured in weeks, depending on package, integrations, content readiness, and how quickly access and decisions come together. You receive a realistic timeline before work starts.
