Growth Audit privacy

A small-data audit by design.

This notice explains how TrueHold handles information used to prepare a Growth Audit. It is a plain-language disclosure and has not yet been approved as legal advice or a final privacy policy.

Last updated: August 2, 2026

Information collected

The Growth Audit form collects your name, business email, business name, optional website, location or service area, business type, primary service, self-selected constraint, and the non-sensitive business problem you describe.

What not to submit

Do not provide passwords, account credentials, payment data, private customer records, health information, government identifiers, trade secrets, or other sensitive or confidential information. The audit does not require access to connected private apps or client systems.

How the audit is prepared

TrueHold may use an approved consumer AI workspace to assist with structured research and synthesis. Research is limited to public business information and the non-sensitive answers you submit. TrueHold verifies material sources and reviews the final output before it is shared. AI does not make or send an automatic decision about your business.

AI privacy controls

When AI assists the audit, TrueHold uses available provider privacy controls intended to keep content from being used for model training and prefers temporary-chat or equivalent modes where available. These controls depend on the selected provider and are rechecked before use.

Storage and retention

  • Temporary research working files are scheduled for deletion within 30 days after the audit is delivered.
  • The final audit PDF and a minimal intake or delivery record may be retained for up to 12 months for follow-through and quality review.
  • Hosting and intake providers may retain operational logs or backups under their own terms and retention controls.

Sharing and use

TrueHold uses the information to prepare and deliver the requested audit, communicate about it, improve the Growth Audit process, and determine whether a consultation would be useful. TrueHold does not sell the submitted information.

Your choices

You may ask TrueHold to correct or delete the audit information it controls, subject to operational, backup, and legal limitations. Email [email protected] with the business name used in the submission.

Review status

TrueHold must confirm the selected AI provider settings, retention workflow, and this notice before relying on the audit process for live customer delivery. Attorney review is recommended before treating this page as a final privacy policy.
